This week Real Estate industry leaders, including many members of our global affiliate network, have gathered in New York City for the 2013 Inman News Real Estate Connect® Conference. Tomorrow, I have the privilege of participating in a panel discussion with my industry colleagues on “How to Attract Global Real Estate Buyers.”

Broker Jessica Xu, with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, shows a Seattle home that she’s marketing to buyers in China. Xu, who speaks English and Mandarin, had the home’s feng shui reviewed to make sure it would be attractive to Chinese buyers.
